Guidelines for Sponsorships:

• Sponsorships should be used to support organizations within the North Fulton Regional Hospital service area.
• The group, program or event should support the continued health of the community we serve and/or improving the quality of community services.
• The group, program or event should reflect North Fulton Regional Hospital's corporate citizenship responsibility to the community served.
• Sponsorship requests should be made 60 days prior to the program or event.
• As a general rule, health projects will be given priority.

Guidelines for Foundation Grants:

• All of the above sponsorship guidelines apply.
• The requesting group must be a recognized 501(c)3 organization.  

Procedure for Allocating Sponsorship and Grant Dollars:

• An organization seeking monetary support must complete an application.
• The sponsorship committee will meet weekly to make recommendations and decisions for sponsorships.
• Upon review, the requesting organization will be notified via phone, fax, and/or mail of North Fulton Regional Hospital's decision.
