Ilona Wozniak, Chief Operating Officer

With more than 16 years of experience working in a hospital system environment, Ilona Wozniak has held her position as Assistant Administrator at North Fulton since 2005.  Prior to this role, Wozniak held various other positions at the hospital, including Director of Pharmacy and Clinical Coordinator.  She attended The University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan where she received both her B.A. in Pharmacy and her M.B.A.  Wozniak is a licensed pharmacist in Michigan, Georgia and Florida.  Ilona and her husband live in East Cobb.

Wes James, Chief Financial Officer

Wes James comes to North Fulton Regional Hospital following his work as Chief Financial Officer at South Fulton Medical Center, a 338 bed acute care facility in Atlanta.  Before coming to the Atlanta area, he spent time in Chesterfield, Missouri as the Regional Director of Finance for Tenet Healthcare’s Central Northeast Region.  James attended Georgia Institute of Technology, where he received his B.S. in Management. He proceeded to Suntrust Corporation where he worked as a factoring Credit Analyst and then to Springs Industries as a Sourcing and Department Operations Manager. He then received his MBA from Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville.  

Susan Brown, Chief Human Resources Officer

With over twenty years of managerial experience in Human Resources, Susan Brown joined North Fulton Regional in March of 2003.  In her position, Brown is responsible for the leadership of Human Resources, Education and Volunteer Services.  She received her B.A. in Psychology from Ohio University and her M.A., with a specialization in Personnel/Labor Relations, from Bowling Green State University.  In 2001, Brown earned certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources.

Ron Henry, Business Development Officer

Ron Henry comes to North Fulton Regional Hospital following his work as Account Principal of the United States Southeast Region for GetWellNetwork, Inc., a consulting firm that provides interactive patient care solutions serving hospitals and healthcare organizations throughout the U.S.  Prior to his work as a healthcare consultant Henry served in various roles at Inova Alexandria Hospital in Alexandria, Virginia, including Director of Marketing and Business Development, Administrative Director of Operations/Business Development, and Integrated Physician Services.  A graduate of Pennsylvania State University, Henry holds his B.S. in Health Education and his M.Mgmt. in Health Care Administration.  He resides in the Johns Creek area with his wife and daughter.
