Stress Management 101



Don’t miss Stress Management 101!

NFRH and Harry’s Farmers Market will host a program geared toward managing the stress in our lives and understanding its connection with other health problems, including high blood pressure. Reducing your blood pressure can in turn reduce your risk for many health issues, including:
Stroke
Heart failure
Heart attack
Kidney failure
(Learn more about risks of high blood pressure)

In addition, you will also participate in some fun, interactive stress-busting techniques that you can incorporate into your daily life.
